I write songs because music can get to things that are hard to say any other way. Most of what I write starts with a feeling, a riff, or something I can’t quite shake. I like taking that and turning it into something someone else might hear and recognize in themselves.

Guitar is still at the center of all of it. I’m always chasing a sound, messing with tone, or looking for the part that makes a song finally click. For me, it’s never really been about playing the most notes. It’s about finding the right ones.
